To become a Senator in the United States Of Jesstopia you must be at leasts 21 years of age and a citizen of the United States Of Jesstopia for at least 10 years prior to an election.

To be elected to the House of the people a candidate must be at least 20 years of age or older and must have been a resident of the district they are seeking to represent for at least 5 years as a natural born citizen of the United States Of Jesstopia or 10 years for naturalized citizens.

The House Speaker is in charge of overseeing House operations, maintaining votes and qorum, and overseeing public engagements on behalf of the House and it's Representatives.

The State legislatures draw the borders for each district which Federal law requires 6 Senate Districts to be created with two districts expected for the District Of Rufus.
